What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product you are interested in purchasing. You can find this information on our B2B website. Upon receiving your login details, you will have access to all products and relevant information.


What payment methods are available?

Payment methods we accept are direct bank deposits or credit card payments via the following cards.

You can also speak with your account manager to open a line of credit. Once this has been approved, payment terms of credit will be discussed and then applied to your account. 


What are your payment terms?

Payment terms will depend on your credit application. Once you have completed the application, your account manager will contact you with your agreed payment terms.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will depend on your chosen shipping method and your location.

As a guide:

- Express shipping can take from 1 to 3 business days depending on your state 

- Standard shipping can take from 1 to 6 business days depending on your state 

PLEASE NOTE:

Aussie Pharma Direct can not guarantee the estimated shipping times. For a detailed explanation of shipping times please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date information. Once your items leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of the Australia Postal service with the most up to date information located via their tracking system. Our staff at APD view the same information as you do via the tracking link you received. However, if on the occasion you are concerned for your items, you can raise a query via the Australia Post tracking portal. 

Important delivery information for ViroCLEAR Disinfectant Room Foggers: 

Please note, this antimicrobial fogger is a dangerous good (aerosol can) and can only be delivered by road transportation. Standard shipping is only available for delivery for ViroCLEAR Disinfectant Room Foggers. 


How long does my order take to dispatch? 

Aussie Pharma Direct b2b products will be dispatched in 1 business day from our Northern Beaches, 2100 warehouse.

*Please note, In the event that your order contains both WINC and Aussie Pharma Direct products, they will be dispatched and delivered separately 


How do I track my order? 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link. If you have any further difficulties in accessing your tracking link please contact our customer service team at sales@aussiepharmadirect.com.au

If Aussie Pharma Direct b2b are delivering direct, your account manager will provide you with a dispatch and delivery date


Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Our warehouse aims to dispatch goods within 1 business day, therefore orders cannot be cancelled within one (1) business day of the anticipated date of delivery.  In the event that an order is cancelled outside of this time, the company may require the buyer to reimburse the company for any costs incurred by the company in having the order processed and prepared and/or dispatched prior to the time of cancellation. I am missing goods from my order, what do I do?

We do apologise for the inconvenience. 

Please check your tracking details. In the event your order contains multiple parcels, the courier can occasionally deliver these in stages. 

If you cannot locate your tracking or you feel the information is not current, please contact your account manager directly or one of our customers service representatives can assist via sales@aussiepharmadirect.com.au

 

What is your return policy? 

To ensure your items qualify for a return or exchange read our return policy here. Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note, all brands of Rapid Antigen Tests are unable to be returned unless faulty. 


How do I view all my previous orders? 

To view all previous orders, click on your account and all previous orders will appear.
